Lead and grow NTAM's Overlay business by designing, implementing and managing multi-asset derivative hedging solutions. Oversee portfolio management, operational controls, client reporting and trade implementation, present capabilities to clients, collaborate with trading, ops and sell-side, and manage a team executing overlay strategies across equity, rates, currency, credit and commodity asset classes.

Lead a Hedge Fund Services product control and relationship management team overseeing valuation, P&L reporting, pricing substantiation, positional risk reporting, staffing and performance management. Assign client accounts, monitor client profitability, partner with sales and internal stakeholders, present quarterly consolidated results, recommend policy/workflow changes, and drive service delivery, efficiency, and process improvements.

Coordinate and manage client onboarding and asset transitions for institutional nonprofit clients. Develop onboarding plans, lead kickoff meetings, communicate status to clients and stakeholders, and ensure adherence to policies, controls, and documentation. Identify risks, drive process improvements, and transition clients to ongoing service teams.
