Provides inpatient pediatric and well-newborn care, co-manages PICU patients with pediatric intensivists, and collaborates with pediatric subspecialists. The role includes day and 24-hour shifts with flexible part-time or full-time scheduling. Physicians may participate in teaching and academic activities while working within a supportive hospitalist program.

Provides comprehensive inpatient medical care, including assessments, diagnosis, treatment, procedures, condition management, documentation, patient communication, daily rounds, and collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Maintains current medical knowledge through continuing education and evidence-based practice.

Manages public relations and communications supporting healthcare service lines, patient engagement, and organizational growth. Serves as a media spokesperson, develops content for PR channels, monitors news and trends, captures stories, supports PR measurement and reporting, and contributes to patient communications, events, and crisis communications. The role requires strong media relations, storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, judgment, and travel between healthcare sites.
