The role focuses on project execution rather than demand forecasting or ongoing planning operations.

Leads complex senior-level and executive searches by partnering with executives and hiring leaders, building passive talent pipelines, conducting market research, advising on candidate quality and search strategy, and delivering personalized candidate experiences. Manages confidential information, optimizes sourcing through metrics and AI-powered tools, and supports long-term executive talent planning and succession efforts.

Leads Novolex’s engineering project management and commercialization function across business units. Establishes PMO strategy, governance, operating rhythms, and an enterprise stage-gate process. Oversees project schedules, budgets, scope, technical requirements, reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment. Drives change management and standardization across multiple locations while managing team workloads and project execution. Requires extensive program or project management experience, technical leadership, manufacturing or engineering experience, and executive communication skills.

Leads enterprise talent management and leadership development, including salaried onboarding, performance and talent reviews, succession planning, leadership programs, and emerging-leader initiatives. Owns program strategy, governance, facilitation, measurement, vendor management, change leadership, and continuous improvement. Partners with HR and business leaders across a complex organization, applies AI-enabled learning tools responsibly, manages budgets and projects, and travels approximately 20%.

Leads the analytics portfolio supporting supply, capacity planning, and IBP processes. Partners with business and technical teams to gather requirements, deliver reporting and analytics solutions, manage UAT, establish KPI governance, improve data quality, and drive training, adoption, and continuous improvement across planning functions.
