Serves as the strategic HR partner for a high-volume manufacturing facility. Oversees talent acquisition, onboarding, leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement, labor relations, performance management, compensation, payroll, benefits, HRIS, compliance, workforce planning, and change management. Uses HR metrics to improve retention, hiring, training compliance, productivity, and engagement while advising leaders and supporting organizational growth.

Leads pricing strategy and profitability optimization for the Food, Grocery & Retail business unit. Partners with Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and leadership on pricing recommendations, customer profitability, proposals, market analysis, and commercial decisions. Manages pricing analysts, improves pricing processes and systems, ensures data integrity, and delivers analytics and strategic recommendations to support revenue growth, margin expansion, and market competitiveness.

The Process Manager governs and improves enterprise supply chain planning processes across demand, inventory, supply, capacity, scheduling, performance management, and SIOP. Responsibilities include establishing standards, auditing compliance, certifying planning readiness, managing corrective actions, supporting executive decision-making, driving continuous improvement, and coordinating cross-functional alignment among Planning, Operations, Commercial, Finance, Analytics, and Technology teams. The role also develops governance tools, audit methodologies, training materials, and process documentation.
