Creates and maintains technical documentation, training materials, marketing content, sales enablement assets, product messaging, and social media communications. Translates complex technical capabilities into accessible materials for government, defense, law enforcement, commercial, and internal audiences. Collaborates with Product, Marketing, SMEs, and Account Managers; administers Academy learning resources, maintains documentation workflows, and updates content based on product changes, analytics, and feedback.

Designs, builds, and scales automation for secure hybrid infrastructure. Responsibilities include CI/CD, infrastructure as code, cloud architecture, configuration management, monitoring, logging, security, network operations, containerization, and self-healing systems. The role maintains mission-critical production environments, develops performance metrics, resolves root causes, and collaborates cross-functionally to improve reliability and operational efficiency.

The Account Executive will grow Ntrepid’s presence across the U.S. national security market by developing DoD and federal customer relationships, pursuing complex sales opportunities, and leading engagements through contract award and expansion. Responsibilities include account planning, pipeline forecasting, partner coordination, demonstrations, proposal support, and meeting revenue targets. The role requires deep federal acquisition knowledge, national security relationships, enterprise technology sales experience, and approximately 25% travel.
