Lead end-to-end negotiation and drafting of complex commercial agreements (SaaS, data licensing, MSAs, SOWs). Assess and mitigate legal risk, advise on privacy/data protection, partner with Sales/Product/Finance, use AI and legal tech, manage deals in Salesforce, improve templates/processes, and mentor/manage junior commercial lawyers.

Lead and grow a data science team responsible for panel quality, representativeness, and measurement methodology. Advance statistical and ML methods, partner cross-functionally to productionize robust, explainable measurement systems, and communicate technical insights to internal and client audiences.

Lead the Data Extraction product roadmap and backlog for receipt processing. Prioritize initiatives, define OKRs/KPIs, collaborate with engineering, Deep Learning, Mobile Apps, Operations, and Data Science, and use SQL to investigate data issues and measure impact. Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution and cross-functional stakeholder communication.
