Tests ServiceNow applications and workflows through functional, regression, integration, and UAT activities. Develops test cases and scripts, performs manual and automated testing, validates enhancements and integrations, tracks defects, and retests fixes. Collaborates with stakeholders during Agile ceremonies, supports UAT coordination and release readiness, maintains testing documentation, and ensures results meet security, compliance, and project requirements.
