Owns the operational and technical foundation of a multitenant digital contact center. Responsibilities include CCaaS administration, IVR architecture, conversational and agentic AI development, digital forms, knowledge management, client implementations, vendor management, incident response, operational reporting, and team leadership. Owns analyst and consultant relations, industry PR, named-account marketing, product positioning, marketing technology, and performance measurement for a relationship-driven fintech business. The role manages executive communications, customer advocacy, events activation, agency partners, budget, and the Events Manager. It also integrates AI into marketing strategy and workflows while partnering closely with Sales, Product, Client Partnership, and executive leadership.

Leads a client’s migration from SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS to Snowflake and Sigma while maintaining legacy reporting operations. Designs data models, ETL pipelines, reports, dashboards, source-to-target mappings, and migration plans; validates reporting parity and coordinates phased cutovers. The role also provides client-facing technical leadership, troubleshooting, documentation, peer reviews, and ongoing support for banking data and reporting systems.

Build and maintain production client websites by converting Figma designs into components and pages with AI-assisted coding tools. Review and fix generated code, manage Git workflows, CMS content models, deployments, and AWS infrastructure. Own release standards, site maintenance, accessibility, performance, metadata, redirects, analytics, and tracking integrations. Collaborate with designers, engineers, clients, and creative leads while ensuring live sites meet approved visual, technical, and user-experience standards.

Owns a portfolio of Tier 1 and Tier 3 financial-services technology accounts, managing renewals, retention, expansion, implementation transitions, executive relationships, business reviews, account health, escalations, and churn prevention. The role is accountable for net revenue retention, early renewal capture, signed expansion revenue, and successful client graduation from launch to steady-state service.

Leads Nymbus’s Origination product domain, including digital deposit account opening, lending, credit cards, onboarding, integrations, risk controls, and conversion optimization. Owns product strategy, roadmap, commercial outcomes, platform performance, and squad delivery. Partners with executives, clients, engineering, architecture, UX, risk, compliance, sales, and implementation teams. Builds and develops product talent while applying AI-first practices to research, discovery, workflow improvement, decisioning, fraud prevention, and product delivery.

Perform end-to-end data migrations for banks and credit unions: analyze donor systems, define requirements, map and transform data with SQL, validate conversions, reconcile results, resolve data issues, and build reusable automation and AI-assisted tools to improve migration speed and accuracy while supporting multiple client engagements.
