Owns analyst and consultant relations, industry PR, named-account marketing, product positioning, marketing technology, and performance measurement for a relationship-driven fintech business. The role manages executive communications, customer advocacy, events activation, agency partners, budget, and the Events Manager. It also integrates AI into marketing strategy and workflows while partnering closely with Sales, Product, Client Partnership, and executive leadership.

Lead full-funnel acquisition for launch brands: architect GTM and demand strategies, execute paid/owned/earned media, run performance marketing (CAC/ROAS/LTV), build measurement infrastructure, use AI for research and optimization, and advise clients at the executive level to drive net new member and customer growth.

Leads end-to-end core banking implementations, coordinating clients, internal teams, and vendors through planning, data migration, configuration, testing, conversion, deployment, and post-go-live support. Manages project milestones, risks, scope, documentation, governance, and stakeholder communications. Advises financial institutions on banking operations, accounting, general ledger, lending, integrations, and financial controls while improving implementation standards, tools, templates, and repeatable delivery practices.
