Teams at The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC)

Supports the Enterprise Project Management Office with project intake, coordination, timeline and milestone tracking, risk and issue logs, status reports, dashboards, meeting documentation, governance compliance, and audit or regulatory documentation. Works under project and portfolio managers across business areas while developing foundational Waterfall, Agile, and PMO governance skills.

Supports the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team through workflow documentation, process improvement, employee networking group administration, inclusive communications, and community impact initiatives. The intern will identify opportunities to reduce manual work, help develop newsletters and storytelling campaigns, assist nonprofit partnerships, and explore AI solutions. The role is a 12-week hybrid summer internship for actively enrolled undergraduate or graduate students.

Leads transformation and change communications while advising business leaders across a regulated organization. Develops internal communication plans, toolkits, FAQs, talking points, content calendars, and engagement strategies. Coordinates communications disciplines, manages stakeholder feedback, supports strategic partnerships, and translates enterprise strategy into audience-relevant messaging. The role also measures communications effectiveness and provides actionable recommendations.
