The Executive Director of Platform Architecture leads a team in developing architecture standards for cloud and on-premises infrastructure, managing technical strategy, and ensuring operational resilience while driving modernization and compliance with regulatory obligations.

Lead performance and failover testing for mission-critical clearing, risk, and settlement systems. Design and execute load/failover tests, build automated performance frameworks, integrate tests into CI/CD, validate multi-region RTO/RPO SLAs, analyze results with observability tools, mentor QE engineers, and document evidence for regulatory audits.
