The VP of Sales & Partnerships will grow the retail financing business in auto, develop sales strategies, manage partnerships, and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize performance.

Make high-volume outbound calls (including cold calls) to Powersports/RV/Marine dealerships to enroll and engage dealers, qualify leads, meet monthly production and enrollment goals, maintain CRM records, resolve dealer issues, and coordinate with sales leadership to drive loan application and volume growth.

Lead development of auto loan pricing and origination analytics, build financial and risk models, create pricing strategies, partner with FP&A/Treasury/Risk, present to senior leadership, mentor team members, and apply AI for data analysis.
