Conduct discovery calls, identify decision-makers, maintain contact lists, support bids and RFQs with sales and pricing teams, and track opportunities and activities in Salesforce. The role focuses on growing intermodal business and requires knowledge of freight brokerage, transportation sales, intermodal, truckload, or LTL logistics.

Manages assigned customer accounts and domestic shipments from tender through delivery. Coordinates rail and trucking providers, monitors shipment status, resolves delays and service exceptions, communicates updates and recovery options, documents tracking information, and maintains strong customer, carrier, and logistics-provider relationships. The role also supports client meetings, training documentation, process improvements, KPI performance, and system enhancements.
