Participate in hands-on training across service center operations, including logistics, freight handling, shift supervision, AS400 and Workday use, forklift and CDL training, process improvement projects, and temporary supervisory duties while tracking performance and writing activity reports.

Design, develop, test, and deploy Java/J2EE applications and integrations. Lead implementation planning, gather and specify requirements, mentor junior developers, resolve defects, support production (on-call), and ensure database and SOX-compliant process documentation.

Supervise dock shift operations to ensure safe, efficient loading/unloading and housekeeping. Manage schedules, train and coach employees, conduct daily inspections for OSHA/DOT compliance, operate freight monitoring systems, complete freight documentation, use forklift as needed, run daily meetings, and provide performance feedback and process improvement suggestions to meet service and productivity goals.
