Supervise dock shift operations to ensure safe, efficient loading/unloading and housekeeping. Manage schedules, train and coach employees, conduct daily inspections for OSHA/DOT compliance, operate freight monitoring systems, complete freight documentation, use forklift as needed, run daily meetings, and provide performance feedback and process improvement suggestions to meet service and productivity goals.

Support database maintenance and security by performing basic DBA tasks: backups, monitoring, user access management, simple SQL queries, documentation, troubleshooting, and assisting senior DBAs with upgrades and replication.

Lead and mentor DBAs while ensuring availability, performance, backup/recovery, HA/DR and security of mission-critical databases. Drive tuning, replication, upgrades, automation, deployments, incident troubleshooting, and tool assessments across production and non-production environments. Participate in on-call rotation and collaborate with developers and IT teams to implement scalable database solutions.
