Develop and implement Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce. Translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions, integrations, and releases. Troubleshoot, test, and maintain application security. Create and support Tableau dashboards, reports, visualizations, and server or cloud deployments. Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and technical teams while assisting with development estimates and schedules.

Supervise dock operations for a freight service center, including employee assignments, loading and unloading, safety compliance, housekeeping, scheduling, training, and productivity. Monitor freight movement using internal systems, inspect trailers and equipment, complete transportation documentation, enforce OSHA and DOT regulations, conduct shift meetings, provide employee feedback, and coordinate with management to meet operational and customer service objectives.

Participates in hands-on training across service center operations, including freight management, logistics, forklift operations, truck driving, and shift supervision. Trainees fill in for supervisors, assign employee work, monitor safety, quality, efficiency, costs, and delivery metrics, maintain operational and payroll records, recommend process improvements, and submit activity reports. The program requires approximately 15% travel to other service centers and openness to relocation after completion.
