Provide day-to-day support for Kinaxis systems, troubleshoot user issues, assist with system maintenance, gather business needs, train end users, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead the Digital Supply Chain Center of Excellence, own supply-chain systems (D365, Kinaxis), drive governance, integrations, data quality, reporting (Power BI), change management, and cross‑functional alignment to improve service levels and inventory performance.
