Maintains cleanliness throughout hotel public areas, including lobbies, corridors, elevators, restrooms, walkways, stairways, windows, floors, and carpets. Empties trash, replenishes supplies, performs scheduled cleaning, and handles light maintenance tasks. The role requires standing and walking for the full shift and performing physical labor such as lifting, reaching, bending, and stretching.

Supervises food and beverage service while delivering excellent guest experiences. Leads and trains team members, addresses guest needs, follows safety and service procedures, communicates effectively, and maintains composure under pressure. The role requires leadership, problem-solving, attention to detail, basic computer skills, legal eligibility to serve alcohol, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
