Leads and scales Omnicell’s global AI and data governance program. Advises product, engineering, security, quality, procurement, and business teams on AI risk, privacy, data governance, contracts, product requirements, and regulatory compliance. Oversees privacy impact assessments, transfer assessments, records of processing, AI validation, and privacy-by-design initiatives. Builds scalable governance frameworks, controls, playbooks, metrics, and escalation processes while monitoring regulatory developments. Manages two operational reports supporting AI governance and go-to-market activities.

Leads Omnicell’s global privacy program and develops enterprise AI and data governance capabilities. Provides risk-based legal counsel, drafts and negotiates privacy and AI contracts, builds scalable governance processes, advises cross-functional executives, and leads a high-performing team. The role requires translating regulatory requirements into practical business solutions while balancing compliance, customer commitments, product innovation, and commercial objectives.

Counsel II will advise on privacy, data governance, AI governance, cybersecurity, and technology transactions. Responsibilities include negotiating privacy and security agreements, scaling privacy programs, translating legal and regulatory requirements into governance frameworks, supporting incident response and vendor risk, and partnering with Product, Engineering, Security, HR, Marketing, Sales, and Legal. The role also develops playbooks, templates, and operating models to improve privacy compliance and business enablement.
