Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including payroll calculations, taxes, deductions, benefits, reporting, audits, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Oversee payroll systems, vendor issue resolution, upgrades, and data integrity. Provide payroll guidance to employees and supervisors, lead process improvements, and support accounting activities such as general ledger postings and journal reconciliation.

Entry-level Inside Sales Representative responsible for managing an assigned region, contacting healthcare practitioners, detailing wellness and nutritional products, developing product knowledge, and growing sales. The role provides hands-on training and prepares employees for advancement into Sales Account Executive positions. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, scientific aptitude, entrepreneurial drive, passion for wellness, and willingness to relocate after promotion. The position is onsite Monday through Friday in Barrington, Illinois.
