The Robotics Sales Manager oversees sales initiatives in the Americas, focusing on growth, team management, customer engagement, and strategic sales plans.

Support fixed asset accounting and physical inventory audits; assist month-end close and reporting; prepare, record and analyze transactions; perform account reconciliations and adjusting entries; document processes; support audits, ad hoc analyses, and interact with internal accounting customers to improve close efficiency.

Owns execution of onboard AMR software (firmware, navigation, core platform), managing backlog, sprint-level delivery, and cross-team coordination. Translates system requirements into user stories, supports testing and release readiness, identifies risks/dependencies, and engages customers and stakeholders to align engineering outcomes with roadmap and commercial priorities.
