Performs financial reconciliations across bank, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts. Identifies discrepancies, supports issue resolution, maintains accurate transaction records, assists with financial reporting, follows internal controls and accounting standards, and collaborates with finance and other teams. The role also explores automation opportunities to improve reconciliation efficiency.

Own product strategy, vision, roadmap, backlog, and lifecycle from ideation through launch and optimization. Conduct market research, build business cases, prioritize features, and partner with engineering, UX, vendors, clients, sales, marketing, operations, and support. Lead go-to-market planning, pricing, enablement, KPI tracking, regulatory compliance, partner management, and resolution of integration issues. Serve as the customer voice in agile delivery ceremonies and provide ongoing training and support.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for payments products, manage and grow a product management team, drive cross-functional execution, engage customers and stakeholders, and measure product performance to deliver market-driven solutions.
