Teams at Onbe

Manage strategic client relationships and program health for a portfolio of clients. Monitor metrics, participate in budgeting and implementations, ensure client satisfaction (CSAT/NPS), identify growth opportunities, collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams, mentor specialists, and support internal development projects. Hybrid role with occasional travel.

Coordinate and execute program set ups and changes across Creative, Maintenance, and QA. Validate intake, perform standardized creative updates, do first-pass QA, escalate defects, maintain SOPs, and support cross-functional initiatives to improve delivery speed and quality.

The Sales Executive Senior Director will establish high-potential partnerships in financial services, lead deal teams, and navigate negotiations to drive growth for Onbe.
