Partner with marketing, account management, and service teams to nurture leads, oversee renewals, client retention, contract negotiations, compliance, and client wellness programs. Manage pipeline in Microsoft CRM and represent the company at events and networking opportunities.

Manage a book of benefits clients as primary contact, coordinate with internal teams and consultants, handle renewals, enrollments, and compliance (5500 filings), advise on cost-saving benefit strategies, grow accounts via cross-selling, and deliver high-level client service and relationship management.

Manage a portfolio of clients using isolved HCM, provide ongoing support, troubleshoot system issues, deliver training, advise on payroll/HR/benefits/time & attendance, document interactions in CRM, and identify upsell opportunities to increase platform adoption.
