Develop standardized workflows, templates, audience segments, and intake processes while partnering cross-functionally. Identify and deploy automation and AI solutions using Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and approved tools, improving campaign speed, quality, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Own the GTM systems infrastructure and enablement operations, including Salesforce architecture, integrations, tool implementation, vendor relationships, support queues, onboarding, knowledge bases, and lead-to-cash process documentation. Resolve operational bottlenecks through process redesign, automation, and tooling changes while partnering with IT, Engineering, RevOps, and leadership on technical requirements and systems roadmaps.

Conduct outbound and inbound prospecting across target financial services and FinTech accounts. Research buying groups, personalize multichannel outreach, qualify business needs, and convert engagement into qualified meetings, pipeline, and revenue. Partner with Account Executives, Demand Generation, ABM, and Product Marketing to execute account strategies, maintain accurate CRM data, provide market feedback, and improve messaging and outreach based on engagement results.
