Manage and execute banquet and event operations, ensuring BEO compliance, coordinating with Culinary, supervising FOH staff, handling vendor relations, inventory, payroll/service charge distribution, and ensuring health and safety. Support Dialtone and other F&B outlets as directed, including staffing, training, and event logistics.

Lead residential projects from planning through closeout: define scope, schedule, budgets, and deliverables; manage teams, contractors, and quality control; produce reports, bid packages, and design reviews; enforce success criteria and stakeholder communication.

Lead and deliver large-scale real estate development projects from concept through completion. Manage consultants, contractors, permitting, budgets, schedules, feasibility and financial analysis, stakeholder relations, and risk mitigation while supporting sales/leasing and presenting progress to senior leadership.

Manage and execute banquet and event operations: implement BEOs, coordinate FOH logistics, lead staff, liaise with culinary and vendors, ensure safety and service standards, and support F&B operational needs.

Support real estate development projects from feasibility through construction by coordinating consultants, tracking schedules and budgets, managing documentation, assisting with permitting and entitlement, performing market and financial analysis, identifying risks, and preparing reports and presentations to keep projects on time and within budget.

Maintain and optimize Workday modules, manage integrations, develop custom reports and dashboards, ensure data integrity and security, support implementations and updates, provide training and stakeholder support to drive HR process improvements.

Coordinate and execute residential and hospitality marketing projects including branding, brochures, digital and direct-mail campaigns, website and application maintenance, copywriting, vendor coordination, CRM communications, media planning/buying, event support, and creative development of sales materials.

Lead and manage multiple commercial interior renovation projects: schedule and coordinate subcontractors, review designs and contracts, control costs and quality, enforce safety, manage site logistics, and communicate with tenants and authorities to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.
