Manage and execute banquet and event operations, ensuring BEO compliance, coordinating with Culinary, supervising FOH staff, handling vendor relations, inventory, payroll/service charge distribution, and ensuring health and safety. Support Dialtone and other F&B outlets as directed, including staffing, training, and event logistics.

Support service team to create excellent guest experiences by cleaning and resetting tables, delivering food, moving furniture, operating equipment, checking IDs, assisting beverage inventory, following service sequence, maintaining sanitation and safety, and performing physical tasks throughout a shift.

Support project managers to plan, execute, monitor, and close construction projects. Duties include budgeting, subcontractor procurement, schedule development and management, cost estimating, scope and change management, stakeholder reporting, resource allocation, contract administration, and project closeout to ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and drawing specifications.
