Lead and manage multiple commercial interior renovation projects: schedule and coordinate subcontractors, review designs and contracts, control costs and quality, enforce safety, manage site logistics, and communicate with tenants and authorities to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.

Drive new business and maintain key accounts for hotel and residential leasing. Perform tours, prospecting, site inspections, proposals, negotiations, and collaborate with revenue management to meet sales targets while mentoring a sales coordinator and supporting cross-departmental operations.

Manage and execute banquet and event operations, ensuring BEO compliance, coordinating with Culinary, supervising FOH staff, handling vendor relations, inventory, payroll/service charge distribution, and ensuring health and safety. Support Dialtone and other F&B outlets as directed, including staffing, training, and event logistics.
