Supports restaurant service by cleaning and resetting tables, delivering food, assisting with food and beverage service, restocking supplies, checking guest identification, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation. Provides welcoming guest service, follows service and allergy procedures, manages beverage inventory, and works safely in a busy environment. Requires standing and walking throughout shifts, moving furniture, and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally. Previous experience is preferred but not required.

Provides Tier 2 technical support for internal users and managed services clients. Responsibilities include resolving escalated tickets, troubleshooting Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, identity, networking, servers, mobile devices, meeting-room technology, and specialized IP-based systems. The role monitors alerts, coordinates vendors and escalations, maintains ticket documentation, contributes to knowledge resources, delivers customer service, and participates in on-call rotations.

Coordinate and execute residential and hospitality marketing projects including branding, brochures, digital and direct-mail campaigns, website and application maintenance, copywriting, vendor coordination, CRM communications, media planning/buying, event support, and creative development of sales materials.
