Act as trusted advisor, build success plans and ROI metrics, lead executive reviews, mitigate churn risks, and influence product and operational improvements across cross-functional teams.

Lead and scale enterprise sales across the Central U.S., managing five Enterprise AEs. Own regional revenue targets, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and deal execution. Coach and develop the team, engage personally in strategic accounts, and partner cross-functionally (Marketing, Product, CS, Legal, Finance) to drive growth. Represent Ontic at industry events and drive regional market development. Travel extensively across the region.
