As a Site Reliability Engineer II, you will build, test, and maintain the technology infrastructure for Openly's insurance platform, focusing on automation, monitoring, incident response, and operational decisions.

The Staff Analyst will design analytical frameworks, lead business case development, and provide insights across departments while mastering insurance analytics.

Lead design and launch of Openly's Auto Casualty, Property Liability, and Litigation claims teams. Build processes, vendor partnerships, segmentation rules, metrics, and automated reporting. Drive regulatory compliance, operational performance (loss, LAE, cycle time), talent development, cross-functional collaboration, and industry representation while leveraging technology and data to optimize claims outcomes and customer experience.
