Build and expand Opply’s US supplier network by identifying, qualifying, onboarding, and negotiating with ingredient suppliers. Manage supplier and buyer relationships, pair supply with demand, drive quote-to-order conversion, and grow profitable order volume. Maintain supplier pricing, availability, product specifications, and certifications, including organic and GFSI requirements. Attend industry events, support sourcing and sales activities, and turn one-time opportunities into repeatable commercial partnerships.

Own a portfolio of customer accounts from onboarding through daily operations. Responsibilities include coordinating suppliers, orders, deliveries, freight, payments, credit decisions, compliance documents, and exception resolution. Configure and improve AI agents, monitor operational metrics, automate workflows, and implement process improvements with product and technology teams. The role requires strong stakeholder management, commercial judgment, attention to detail, customer focus, and comfort working in an ambiguous startup environment.

Outbound-focused BDR responsible for prospecting and qualifying SMB consumer goods brands, conducting discovery calls, recording feedback, partnering with Marketing and Product, attending industry events, and exceeding growth targets to drive revenue and product improvement.
