Manage and optimize omnichannel communications for members and providers across mail, fax, SMS, email, IVR, and EMR messaging. Oversee monitoring, issue resolution, regulatory updates, governance, compliance, technology enhancements, and vendor relationships. Coordinate multiple complex projects and collaborate with legal, compliance, technology, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure timely, high-quality communications in a regulated healthcare environment.

Supports client deliverables and production operations by researching and resolving job issues, maintaining ServiceNow records, scheduling jobs in Robot Schedule, performing quality assurance, managing file transfers, verifying deliveries, documenting procedures, and participating in on-call maintenance, training, and process improvement activities.

Owns strategic OptumRx client relationships, leading account strategy, executive engagement, retention, growth, renewals, contract performance, and cross-functional service delivery. Develops multi-year roadmaps, drives innovation and product adoption, manages escalations, monitors profitability and performance, and identifies expansion opportunities. Requires strong PBM account management, consultative leadership, executive communication, project execution, and business development experience. Remote work is available within the U.S., with travel up to 25%.
