Lead architecture and delivery of enterprise AI data platform transformations. Design and implement scalable lakehouse, streaming, and real-time analytics solutions. Lead migrations from Databricks/Snowflake/Azure/AWS to Oracle AI Data Platform, optimize Spark workloads, build reusable accelerators, drive AI/ML data pipelines and governance, advise executives, influence product roadmap, and mentor senior engineers globally.

Lead clinical informatics engagements guiding clinical process design, EMR workflow implementation, provider training, change management, and adoption of Oracle/Cerner solutions. Act as liaison between clinical teams and IT, troubleshoot clinical issues, collaborate with technical teams, and drive client success to achieve project outcomes.

Lead strategic oversight of data center construction by colocation providers, ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and design specifications. Manage documentation, quality assurance, commissioning, risk mitigation, vendor/contracts, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination. Provide executive leadership for startup, commissioning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
