Provide remote clinical-adjacent and administrative support: virtual scribing and SOAP documentation, prescription and lab coordination, appointment and insurance verification, patient triage, telehealth facilitation, and post-visit follow-up. Maintain HIPAA-compliant workflows and use EHR and telehealth platforms to support clinicians and patient care.

Serve as primary patient contact handling front-desk check-in/check-out, registration, scheduling and triage, insurance verification, payment collection, medical records/HIPAA compliance, referral coordination, and patient education including telehealth and portal guidance.

Provide remote clerical and organizational support: manage email and calendars, coordinate virtual meetings, update CRM and spreadsheets, prepare documents and presentations, handle travel bookings, support projects via PM tools, conduct online research, and perform light bookkeeping.
