Provides chairside orthodontic assistance, including patient preparation, radiographs, impressions, bonding, debonding, Invisalign procedures, appliance delivery, sterilization, charting, and oral-care education. The role also supports orthodontists during procedures, trains assistants, completes OSHA tasks, manages supplies, participates in marketing events, and may travel to nearby clinics.

Oversee daily orthodontic clinic operations, including staff supervision, patient scheduling, treatment and payment-plan discussions, compliance, reporting, budgeting, supplies, facilities, and patient records. The manager trains and motivates employees, coordinates meetings and schedules, handles complaints and cash, supports marketing events, maintains secure records, and ensures hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards. Travel to other clinics may be required.

Manage multi-site orthodontic expansion projects, including new location openings, room buildouts, and equipment installation. Define scopes, timelines, budgets, and resources; coordinate internal and external teams; mitigate risks; resolve issues; and communicate project status to stakeholders. Ensure deliverables meet company, operational, OSHA, HIPAA, and state dental board standards. The role is onsite in Des Plaines, Illinois, requires travel, and may offer limited remote work after 90 days.
