Conduct in-field market visits and neighborhood assessments to validate analytics, scout referral and partnership opportunities, research insurance and competitors, monitor practice acquisition leads, maintain databases, and provide field-based insights to support site selection and market expansion.

Field-based entry-level role building and maintaining relationships with dental offices, coordinating outreach events, tracking referral activity, supporting marketing initiatives, and providing feedback from the field to support growth and engagement.

Provide chair-side support to orthodontists including preparing patients, taking digital radiographs and scans, sterilizing instruments, making impressions and clear retainers, bonding/debonding, assist with appliances, update records, educate patients, participate in marketing/events, and travel to sister clinics as needed.
