Build and nurture relationships with dentists through face-to-face meetings, events, gifts, email and social campaigns. Monitor competitors and market trends, maintain lead pipelines, produce reports, support doctors with referral development, and perform outreach research and analysis.

Provide chair-side orthodontic support: prepare patients, take X-rays/scans and impressions, sterilize instruments, assist with bonding/debonding and aligner procedures, deliver appliances, update records, educate patients, travel to sister clinics and support marketing events.

Support growth by researching and analyzing potential markets for new locations, services, and partnerships. Gather and organize data, evaluate competitors and referral sources, map and visualize markets, conduct field validation, and produce opportunity briefs and presentations to guide leadership site-selection and expansion decisions.
