Use demographic data to target outreach, perform daily outreach (calls, emails, in-person), document activities in CRM, assess provider capabilities, and participate in process improvements to meet network adequacy and growth goals.

Lead strategy and delivery for lifestyle-focused health insurance products (employer-subsidized, multicultural, disease- or population-specific, and partnership-based). Build and coach a product team, set roadmaps and priorities, partner cross-functionally (actuarial, markets, network, design, growth), ensure product fileability and compliance, manage performance (growth, retention, affordability, margin), and launch or sunset products to meet enterprise goals. Travel up to 25%.

Lead execution of insurance product lifecycle overseeing regulatory filing, quality assurance, and operational governance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure compliance and effective product implementation.
