Drive enterprise sales growth by developing territory and account plans, prospecting within existing customer accounts, conducting product discovery and presentations, cultivating executive relationships, navigating complex sales cycles, and exceeding quarterly and annual targets. The role focuses on selling an AI-powered risk decisioning platform for fraud, credit, and compliance use cases across banks, fintechs, and digitally native organizations.

Own the strategy, execution, customer success, and go-to-market for Oscilar’s Device and Behavior product. Lead development of SDKs, signal pipelines, behavioral biometrics, agentic identity signals, data networks, foundation-model capabilities, and analyst experiences. Partner with sales and customers to drive adoption, shape product positioning, and deliver a device intelligence and digital identity platform for fraud, onboarding, authentication, and risk decisions.

Develop and optimize machine learning and statistical models for fraud detection and anti-money laundering. Analyze large datasets to identify fraudulent patterns, build scalable data pipelines and features, evaluate model performance, and collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams. Communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders while maintaining data privacy and security compliance. The role offers significant ownership in building Oscilar’s early machine learning stack within a remote-first startup.
