Manage the calibration program and perform inspection/metrology activities to ensure product quality and compliance. Oversee internal/external calibrations, operate/program CMMs, perform surface plate and first article inspections, interpret GD&T, maintain calibration records, support audits, MSA/Gage R&R, and provide training and continuous improvement support.

Manage product development from concept through production by coordinating engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers. Create schedules, track budgets and NRE/tooling costs, run meetings, manage BOMs and ECNs, present monthly reviews, and keep projects on-time using project management tools and phase-gate processes.

Design and develop ruggedized analog and digital electronics from concept through production. Responsibilities include circuit design, PCB layout, embedded firmware, RF/EMC testing, component selection, test-fixture design, production support, technical sales support, and documentation (schematics, BOMs, ECNs). Collaborate with mechanical, manufacturing, and sales teams and support ongoing products and test equipment.
