Manages client-facing projects from planning through production and shipment. Owns schedules, milestones, approvals, deliverables, documentation, risk escalation, invoicing, and cross-functional coordination across sales, design, engineering, production, logistics, and clients. Ensures accurate orders, compliant execution, on-time delivery, shipment accuracy, and client satisfaction while supporting efficient, high-quality project delivery.

Senior design engineer responsible for converting luxury hospitality and architectural concepts into production-ready manufacturing packages. Creates parametric 3D models, shop drawings, BOMs, and technical submittals while optimizing designs for manufacturability, structural integrity, cost, and installation. Supports prototypes, factory production, CNC programming, and field installation across millwork, metals, lighting, stone, solid surfaces, and FF&E. Works remotely with 15–20% travel to manufacturing facilities and job sites.

Manages custom permanent display projects from concept and requirements gathering through prototyping, material sourcing, manufacturing, and production rollout. Coordinates Sales, Account Management, Engineering, Purchasing, vendors, and plant operations while controlling timelines, budgets, BOMs, work orders, quality, and risk. Reviews engineering drawings, supports prototype and first-article builds, monitors shop-floor production, and coordinates multi-material fabrication. The role is split between office and manufacturing-floor work, with occasional travel and lifting up to 50 pounds.
