Own the AI platform product backlog, roadmap, prioritization, intake, and delivery sequencing. Translate business needs into technical user stories and acceptance criteria, partnering with AI and data engineers on integrations, tooling, agent behavior, governance, and evaluation. Lead agile ceremonies, stakeholder communication, discovery, documentation, and adoption measurement. Ensure AI capabilities are technically feasible, secure, scalable, and tied to measurable user and business outcomes.

Conduct digital media planning, execution, and optimization; perform heavy data analysis and reporting (Excel, Tableau); support A/B and landing page testing, audience optimization, cross-channel campaign execution, and client-facing deliverables and insights.

Lead the Data Products engineering team by managing delivery planning, people development, engineering quality, stakeholder relationships, data governance, and responsible AI adoption. Partner with product owners, engineering leads, client delivery teams, and executives to prioritize data platform work and maintain consistent sprint delivery. The role oversees multidisciplinary engineers across data engineering, full stack, and QA while supporting modern data pipelines, access controls, and reporting infrastructure.
