Leads business development and strategic account growth for staffing and professional services in the data center and mission-critical construction sectors. The role originates new client relationships, builds executive-level partnerships, qualifies opportunities, and coordinates with account management and delivery teams. Responsibilities include prospecting, consultative selling, market expansion, industry representation, account planning, and maintaining client alignment throughout engagements. Travel across the United States may reach 50%.

Leads commissioning programs across multiple data center projects or campuses, overseeing client relationships, budgets, schedules, profitability, staffing, technical execution, quality assurance, and risk escalation. Provides technical oversight of MEP systems, controls, commissioning plans, factory acceptance testing, functional testing, and integrated systems testing. Supervises project managers and engineering teams, audits site execution, and ensures vendor and contractor compliance. Regional travel up to 50% is required.

Manages telecommunications and network infrastructure delivery across data center campuses, from design coordination and construction scheduling through installation, testing, commissioning, and operational handover. Oversees fiber, structured cabling, DAS/ERRCS, MDF/IDF, carrier entrances, subcontractors, documentation, procurement risks, inspections, and coordination with architects, engineers, IT, and general contractors. Requires extensive data center or campus telecom experience, construction software proficiency, fiber testing knowledge, safety training, and strong stakeholder communication.
