Develop and deliver technical training and instructional materials for internal technical support teams. Translate complex scientific content into presentations, guides, job aids, assessments, and deliver virtual and occasional in-person sessions. Partner with SMEs, manage multiple projects, and update materials based on product changes and learner feedback.

Lead market development to expand adoption of nanopore sequencing in oncology and related genomics markets across the Americas. Identify opportunities, build partnerships with KOLs and institutions, drive evidence-generation, support sales on strategic accounts, inform product and market-access strategy, and create repeatable frameworks for scaling adoption.

Provide bioinformatics and statistical expertise to analyze DNA and direct RNA sequencing data (especially for biopharma), develop and evaluate analysis pipelines using nanopore technology, collaborate with lab scientists and internal teams, communicate results to stakeholders, and present findings in meetings and webinars.
