The Junior Mobile Core Support Engineer will troubleshoot and resolve telecom network issues, support customer queries, and maintain network performance while collaborating with engineering teams.

Support finance operations including AP/AR, prepare and audit monthly customer invoices in Xero and Facturama, process vendor bills, perform account reconciliations and aging analyses, produce ad-hoc reports, coordinate vendor onboarding, respond finance inquiries, and document and improve AP/AR processes.

Lead pre-sales technical discovery, solution design, and proposal development for telecom/MVNO customers. Present demos, qualify inbound leads, drive deals from discovery to contract, and collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering to tailor solutions and ensure customer success.
