Support investor reporting, headcount planning, commission calculations, vendor and accounts receivable analysis, partnership payments, and investigate variances to surface risks and opportunities for leadership.

Lead end-to-end paid, owned, and earned patient acquisition for Medicaid and Medicare. Own media strategy, budget, CAC and unit economics; build HIPAA-compliant measurement (CDP to Looker/Snowflake), run experimentation and CRO, launch new channels, automate spend and pacing with growth engineering, and partner across Ops, Product, and Clinical to ensure capacity-aware acquisition and regulatory compliance.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for clinical and corporate roles at an early-stage healthtech. Partner with hiring managers to build pipelines, source and close candidates, manage multiple searches, use ATS and recruiting metrics to optimize processes, and serve as a talent advisor while promoting the employer brand.
