Lead PandaDoc's organic social strategy and execution across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X, and others. Produce short-form video and graphics, manage influencer and executive content programs, run social listening and community engagement, align organic with paid social, and build performance reporting and systematic experiments to improve reach and engagement.

Design, build, and deploy predictive GTM models (LTV, attribution, propensity). Lead experimentation and causal analyses, define KPI measurement frameworks, partner with Data Engineering, and translate statistical insights into actionable recommendations for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

As a Brand Design Lead, you'll develop and execute brand campaigns, collaborate with team members, maintain visual identity, and leverage AI tools for enhanced design processes.
