Process multi-state U.S. and Canadian payrolls, review transactions, audit reports, resolve payroll issues, maintain employee records, support year-end activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist with payroll system testing and process improvements. Supports product strategy and lifecycle management across a global portfolio.
