Process multi-state U.S. and Canadian payrolls, review transactions, audit reports, resolve payroll issues, maintain employee records, support year-end activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist with payroll system testing and process improvements. Partner with HR, Benefits, Accounting, Finance, and external vendors while preparing payroll metrics and audit documentation.

Owns corporate accounting activities for fixed assets, leases, accruals, and corporate costs. Leads month-end close, reconciliations, cash flow and balance sheet analysis, controls, audit support, and process improvements. Uses Oracle Fusion, FCCS, ARCS, Smart View, Excel, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve accounting efficiency and accuracy. Reviews team work, maintains audit-ready documentation, and ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies.

Supports product managers with product lifecycle activities, portfolio management, pricing updates, new product introductions, market and competitive analysis, customer inquiries, product collateral, and cross-functional projects. The role analyzes product and customer data, supports launches and growth initiatives, improves processes, and serves as a resource for sales, customers, and internal stakeholders.
