Teams at PAR Technology

Leads end-to-end SaaS restaurant technology implementations and enhancements for customer brands. Manages project plans, timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, integrations, testing, launches, and post-launch validation. Serves as the primary delivery contact, coordinating customers and cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and partners. Drives status communication, issue mitigation, handoffs, adoption, and continuous improvement across POS, ordering, loyalty, payments, and related integrations.

Design, build, launch, and own governed AI solutions for internal business teams. Translate ambiguous needs into practical architectures, configure agents and automations, evaluate platforms and models, and manage testing, permissions, monitoring, documentation, adoption, cost, and post-production improvement. Partner with IT, Enterprise Systems, Security, Legal, and business leaders to ensure solutions are reliable, supportable, compliant, and aligned with business value.

Owns sales onboarding, training, certifications, playbooks, and enablement content for representatives selling a multi-product restaurant technology platform. Partners with Sales, Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and HR to improve ramp time, quota readiness, product-launch preparedness, and field execution. Uses call reviews, knowledge checks, win/loss insights, and readiness metrics to identify gaps and improve seller performance.
