Coordinate POS hardware and software implementations for quick-serve and fast-casual restaurants. Act as single point of contact for deployments, schedule events, coordinate shipments, communicate status to stakeholders, and collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve issues and ensure successful installations.

The Business Analyst will manage the sprint backlog, document requirements, and ensure the engineering team can build a retail mobile app, collaborating with design and QA teams.

Lead design and execution of PAR's revenue operating system, aligning Sales, Customer Success, and Operations. Own revenue architecture, Salesforce strategy and CPQ governance, drive forecasting, pipeline integrity, and enterprise initiatives to improve revenue predictability and sales productivity. Build and mentor a high-performing RevOps team.
