Lead architecture and technical direction across multiple engineering teams. Mentor senior technical staff, influence hiring and leveling, and partner with Product, Design, and engineering leadership to deliver foundational platform improvements.

Generate and qualify sales opportunities for HME supplier prospects through outbound calls, lead nurturing, cold calling, email follow-up, and inbound engagement. Educate prospective customers about Parachute Health’s SaaS platform, assess their needs, transfer qualified prospects to Account Executives, and maintain accurate pipeline and qualification data in the CRM.

Acquire and grow HME provider customers through prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and closing. Manage the full sales cycle and CRM pipeline, build relationships with decision-makers, meet sales targets, and collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams. Analyze sales performance and provide customer and market feedback. The role requires at least 30% travel and experience in HME/DME sales, billing, intake, or operations is preferred.

Manage Parachute Health’s respiratory product catalog and insurance coverage rules engine. Research respiratory product categories, analyze healthcare coverage criteria, build and maintain catalog data in a CMS, translate requirements into eligibility workflows, and align catalog content with ordering rules. Collaborate with product, engineering, account management, customer success, suppliers, and other stakeholders while documenting solutions, demonstrating work, researching regulatory changes, and identifying workflow improvements.

Leads product strategy, research, development, launch, adoption, and stakeholder alignment for clinician and provider experiences on a healthcare ordering platform. Defines roadmaps, prioritizes work, measures product success, manages milestones, gathers customer feedback, and partners with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and healthcare customers. The role focuses on improving clinician workflows, increasing digital adoption, and enhancing patient care outcomes.

Develop and maintain software in an agile, test-driven environment using pair programming. Lead technical decisions involving application and data model design, mentor engineers, collaborate cross-functionally with product and design, and ensure application stability and performance. Participate in on-call support and improve system reliability. Use AI developer tools to accelerate development and improve code quality.

Lead the Catalog product team to improve product data modeling, management, publishing, and tooling. Define strategy and metrics for catalog quality, run discovery with Merchandising and suppliers, prioritize delivery, write briefs/acceptance criteria, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate, scalable catalog data that enables reliable ordering and fulfillment.

Lead ownership of the global product taxonomy, catalog data model, and catalog governance. Define and enforce standards, train and up-level merchandising teams, interview SMEs, run design reviews, and translate ambiguous catalog issues into prioritized product and engineering requirements. Partner with R&D and clinical teams to enable new categories and advance AI-assisted catalog tooling and quality monitoring.
