Owns employee engagement program execution, including annual company offsites, department gatherings, vendor and contract management, budgets, travel safety, recognition fulfillment, inclusion events, and program administration. Builds scalable planning tools and automations using AI, coordinates stakeholders, tracks participation and costs, and evaluates programs through engagement and feedback metrics. Requires strong organization, communication, judgment with confidential information, and experience managing large events end to end.

Develop and maintain software in an agile, test-driven environment using pair programming. Lead technical decisions involving application and data model design, mentor engineers, collaborate cross-functionally with product and design, and ensure application stability and performance. Participate in on-call support and improve system reliability. Use AI developer tools to accelerate development and improve code quality.

Design and ship agentic LLM pipelines and full-stack AI features using Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, and React. Evaluate prompts and models for accuracy, latency, and cost; build evaluation frameworks, regression testing, observability, and feedback loops. Partner with product teams on AI use cases, contribute to architecture, and guide responsible AI adoption in a fast-paced startup environment.
