Design, build, and maintain performant web applications in an agile, TDD-driven environment. Lead technical decisions, collaborate with product and design, deliver high-quality code, participate in on-call rotation, and ensure system reliability and availability.

Lead and scale a quota-bearing sales team focused on activating clinicians and ambulatory facilities onto the Parachute Health platform. Own team quota, pipeline health, forecasting, hiring, coaching, and sales process discipline. Drive outbound/inbound strategies, cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Success, and promote EMR integration and supplier network expertise to improve conversion and customer onboarding.

Design, build, and maintain core platform services, Ruby web applications, and SDLC agentic workflows. Improve observability, tooling, datasets, and reliability; drive architectural direction and cross-team enablement.
