Technical leader for the Planning and Recruiting team responsible for designing and scaling backend services for clinical trial matching, patient workflows, and provider integrations. Primarily backend-focused (Java/Kotlin) while contributing to frontend (React/TypeScript). Define architecture, APIs, observability, CI/CD, and production operations. Partner with product and design, lead cross-team initiatives, and mentor engineers to deliver reliable, scalable systems that improve clinical trial access.
