Supports corporate and field operations by coordinating branch compliance assessments, training, SOP implementation, risk mitigation, and process improvement. Serves as a liaison between corporate teams and regional leadership, maintains knowledge of Avionte ATS, supports VMS implementation, communicates regulatory requirements, and develops ongoing improvement training. The role also manages assessment schedules, reports findings, and assists with operational projects.

Assist walk-in applicants with applications, conduct group orientations, manage daily customer communications and dispatch tasks, process weekly payroll, perform pre-employment screening, maintain accurate applicant and assignment records in Avionte, visit client sites, coach employees, and support branch staffing and continuous improvement efforts.

Supports staffing operations by assisting applicants, processing hiring documents, conducting screenings and orientations, coordinating employee dispatches, entering weekly payroll, and maintaining accurate records in Avionte. The recruiter manages applicant and client communications, resolves assignment issues, visits client sites, coaches employees, and provides branch coverage. Strong customer service, organization, communication, multitasking, and office software skills are required.
