Our benefits can be described in two words: options and flexibility. From four health insurance options to two types of FSAs, two dental insurance options, and more, our benefits packages are flexible to you—and subsidized at varying levels, too!

Health Insurance & Wellness Benefits

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

We offer two healthcare FSAs: A medical FSA for those on the PPO health insurance plan and a limited purpose FSA for dental and vision spending. Both allow you to contribute funds pre-tax.

Disability Insurance

Both short- and long-term disability is covered at 100% for our employees.

Dental Benefits

We offer two options for dental coverage (including dependents), with 50% of premium subsidized. We cover adult orthodontics and up to 100% of preventative care, depending on the plan choice.

Vision Benefits

Pareto subsidizes 25% of your vision premium and offers an allowance for frames and contacts. Annual eye exams are fully covered.

Health Insurance Benefits

We offer 4 health insurance options for individuals, as well as their spouses and families: A wide or narrow network PPO and wide or narrow network high deductible health plan (HDHP) with an HSA.

Life Insurance

We cover life insurance at your base pay and median of your bonus target, with the option to purchase additional coverage.

Wellness Programs

Our wellness programs include fitness classes, healthy snacks, a private “wellness room” for personal use and more!

Team workouts

Pareto's company fitness initiatives include in-office yoga and charity runs. We also have company sports team that participate in local clubs and leagues.

Retirement & Stock Options Benefits

401(K)

We offer a robust 401(k) program with over 20 funds to select from and a one-on-one financial advisor to recommend funds and combinations.

401(K) Matching

We match 100% of the first 3% of the compensation, plus 50% of the next 2%. So, if you invest 6% the company matches at 4%.

Performance Bonus

Our employees enjoy a generous bonus program, distributed based on performance and as a percentage of your base salary.

Child Care & Parental Leave Benefits

Child Care Benefits

We have an additional FSA that is funded pre-tax and can be used for dependent care (daycare, nanny, etc.), where we contribute up to $5,000 annually.

Generous Parental Leave

We offer at least 12 weeks maternity leave and at least 2 weeks paternity leave. You do not have to work at the company for a certain amount of time before you can use it.

Flexible Work Schedule

On a case-by-case basis, we are open to offering flexible schedules and have several employees who have these arrangements in place.

Remote Work Program

Our remote work program includes work from home on occasion. Due to our open PTO policy and flexible working environment, we allow employees to work from home as needed.

Family Medical Leave

Employees are eligible for up to 12 weeks of family medical leave.

Company sponsored family events

Pareto sponsors family events throughout the year, including in-office events such as trick-or-treating on Halloween. In addition, spouses are invited to our annual holiday party.

Unlimited Vacation Policy

Pareto has an “open PTO” policy, meaning we do not limit time off. We believe in the importance of time away from work, so our employees are welcome to enjoy the appropriate amount of PTO.

We host two enterprise-wide philanthropy days out of the office during business hours per year, as well as monthly volunteer opportunities!

Paid Holidays

In addition to our flexible PTO arrangement, we offer 10 paid holidays each calendar year.

Our employees can contribute pre-tax to a parking benefits account for commuting. This is separate from (but structured the same as) our transit benefit.

Pet Friendly

Pareto has hosted the "Dog Days of Summer" in the past, where employees can bring their pets to the office on Fridays!

Recreational Clubs

Pareto sponsors two sports teams, volleyball and soccer, which are played in the summer and winter months. Many games are followed by a team happy hour!

Job Training & Conferences

Pareto is always open to sponsoring job training and conferences that support your career development. Several of our employees have taken classes and attended industry events in this capacity.

Tuition Reimbursement

Our tuition reimbursement program is offered after 1 year of employment, must be germane to your role, and covers up to 70% of tuition.
