Lead drainage design for road and highway projects including hydraulic modeling, drainage calculations, erosion control review, quantity takeoffs, technical reports, and deliverables. Provide technical direction, supervise junior staff, coordinate with CAD drafters, and support state DOT permitting and project requirements.

Lead roadway design from concept through final design; prepare and review calculations, drawings, and specifications; manage schedules, budgets, and resources; coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams; perform site visits and inspections; mentor junior staff; ensure compliance with AASHTO, FHWA, and state DOT standards; assist with proposals, estimates, and technical reports.

Assist a licensed engineer with traffic operational and safety analyses, support data collection, prepare planning reports and deliverables, provide engineering support on projects, and pursue professional development.

Support design, documentation, installation, configuration, and maintenance of network and communications infrastructure for transportation and smart mobility projects. Work with senior engineers and project managers on ITS, fiber optic networks, field communications equipment, and roadside technology.

Support delivery of transmission, distribution, and grid modernization capital projects by coordinating schedules, costs, governance, reporting, risk tracking, stakeholder communication, and PMO-aligned documentation to help Project Managers deliver projects on time and on budget.

Serve as on-site CBRN Lead and site manager conducting detection operations, coordinating stakeholders, maintaining equipment and documentation, delivering training, producing SITREPs and AARs, supporting fleet and logistics, and traveling frequently to support deployments and special events.

Perform installation, testing, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of FAA electronic systems (NAVAIDs, communications, surveillance). Read schematics, use test equipment, document work, follow safety and FAA procedures, and support field site activities nationwide.
