Lead drainage design for road and highway projects including hydraulic modeling, drainage calculations, erosion control review, quantity takeoffs, technical reports, and deliverables. Provide technical direction, supervise junior staff, coordinate with CAD drafters, and support state DOT permitting and project requirements.

Lead roadway design from concept through final design; prepare and review calculations, drawings, and specifications; manage schedules, budgets, and resources; coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams; perform site visits and inspections; mentor junior staff; ensure compliance with AASHTO, FHWA, and state DOT standards; assist with proposals, estimates, and technical reports.
